Applications for PC operating systems |
| We are involved in the development of applications for PC operating systems since the beginning of the PC era in the mid 1980s. Starting with MS/PC-DOS through all 16- and 32-bit versions of Microsoft Windows up to Linux our experiences in the area of application development are ranging. | |

Databases |
| The design and implementation of databases of various sizes is part of projects in many different areas. Because of our experiences, which range from file based databases like dBase or Microsoft Access up to relational client/server database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle, we are able to react flexibly to the respective requirements. | |

Networks and distributed systems |
| We are able to offer you the development of components for distributed network applications for both Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems. Depending on the problem definition multilayered (n-tier), client/server or peer-to-peer architectures are used. Beside our know-how regarding well-known network protocols and interfaces like TCP/IP, HTTP or Sockets and middleware, which is based on DCOM or .NET Remoting, we have already acquired wide experience in newer technologies like Web Services and SOAP. | |

Drivers and system level software |
| Apart from the development of kernel mode drivers for Windows NT/2000/XP and the construction of virtual device drivers (VxDs) for Windows 9x/Me, we are your competent partner when it comes to tricky hardware or system level components, which under certain circumstances can include the programming in Intel x86 assembler. Our special area of expertise is the development of drivers for Microsoft's telephony interface (TAPI). | |

Fieldbus and industry protocols |
| Primarily in the course of projects in the industrial environment, the integration or development of components based on standardized protocols and interfaces is requested. In numerous projects we were able to gather experiences in OPC (OLE for Process Control), MMS (Manufacturing Message Specification), UCA2 (Utility Communications Architecture), IEC 61850 and Modbus. | |

Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) |
| Based on the Telephony API (TAPI) from Microsoft we have developed more than 10 drivers (partly with integrated audio drivers) for different types of telephony hardware (phones, PBXes, modems, ISDN adpaters). Due to our participation in the development of a standard telephony product (WinPhone), we have also built up experiences regarding end user applications in this area. In addition to TAPI we can offer you extensive know-how when it comes to CAPI (Common ISDN API) which is a well known interface in the ISDN world. | |

Embedded systems and real time programming |
| When it comes to projects in the automation area we continuously use embedded systems as components of broader system solutions or for control task in the industrial environment. We have built up experiences in Embedded Linux and Windows CE as well as pSOS+, which is suitable for hard real time requirements. |
